Q: As Illinois just passed the SmokeFree Illinois Act, we need to start developing administrative rules. Can any of the other states share their rules for our reference?

1. Arizona - Here is some information on what Arizona has recently implemented, our smokefree law became officially effective May 1st of this year. The following websites contain information about our smokefree law, and the posting of the official rules which were finalized after many rounds of community feedback and input:
