Safety Reporting Portal can be used to document damaged or unsafe tobacco products – U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Department of Health and Human Services' Safety Reporting Portal (SRP) has been revised to add a new category for tobacco products. This update provides a standardized way for consumers and healthcare professionals to inform the FDA when an unexpected health or safety issue occurs with a specific tobacco product.
