Public comment opportunity: Adopt regulations to protect our nation's health by asserting jurisdiction over all tobacco products – Department of Health and Human Services. In response to a citizen petition jointly submitted by the Tobacco Control Legal Consortium and several other public health stakeholders, asking the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to assert jurisdiction and regulate all tobacco products, the FDA has opened a docket to collect comments from the public on this topic.
