Action Planning for Sustained Local Tobacco Prevention and Control Efforts Grant Program
The National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Office on Smoking and Health (CDC/OSH), are pleased to offer this opportunity for action planning to improve the ability of local public health professionals, leaders, and tobacco control advocates to plan and implement activities that support sustainable tobacco control program efforts and resources over the long term.
