Request for qualifications: Cessation policy strategic plan
ClearWay Minnesota has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a qualified vendor to develop a cessation policy strategic plan and implementation recommendations. Key qualifications include thorough understanding of the Minnesota health care system and health insurance market, familiarity with health care reform efforts at the state and federal level, and experience developing strategic plans and identifying key stakeholders. The RFQ and additional information about ClearWay Minnesota are available at www.clearwaymn.org. Responses are due by May 12, 2011. Qualified applicants are encouraged to consider applying or circulate this notice to others who may be interested.
