Technical Assistance Legal Center (TALC) has just released "Legal Options for Tenants Suffering from Drifting Tobacco Smoke," a fact sheet for apartment residents who are considering legal action against a neighbor or landlord because of continued exposure to drifting secondhand smoke. The fact sheet outlines several things to consider before filing a lawsuit, including ways to evaluate a potential lawsuit and information about similar cases.
