- Arkansas: July 1 - June 30
- California: July 1 - June 30
- Colorado: July 1 - June 30
- Delaware: July 1 - June 30
- Florida: July 1 - June 30
- Idaho: July 1 - June 29
- Kentucky: July 1 – June 30
Note: I’m very disappointed that our grant year is changing. Having a different fiscal year from the state is very confusing. Can we protest loud enough to make a difference?
- Maryland: July 1-June 30
- Massachusetts - July 1 - June 30
- Michigan: October 1 - September 30
- Mississippi: July 1 - June 30
- Missouri: July 1 - June 30
- Montana: July 1 - June 30
- Nebraska: July 1 - June 30
- New Hampshire: July 1 – June 30
Note: No calendar year and will soon not be in sync with federal fiscal year.
- New Jersey: July 1 - June 30
Note: We are currently in State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2008 which began July 1, 2007 and ends June 30, 2008.

- North Carolina: July 1- June 30
Note: It will be very important to maintain a SFY in order to reduce the burden on state budget and contracts!!

Note: Because we are now totally funded with State funds, all of our grants to stakeholders must be on this cycle (and we would like all of our grants and applications to stay on this cycle).
