SUMMARY:CARE ECHO Series Office Hours
DESCRIPTION:The National Behavioral Health Network for Tobacco and Cancer 
 Control (NBHN) is excited to announce the CARE (Cancer\, Acceptance\, Res
 ilience\, Empowerment) ECHO Series. ECHO — Extension for Community Healt
 hcare Outcomes — is a collaborative model of education and care manageme
 nt that helps professionals provide expert-level care and education wherev
 er they live.\n\nAlongside faculty and subject-matter experts\, ECHO parti
 cipants will learn to address psychosocial considerations in mental health
  and substance use populations across the cancer care continuum. The serie
 s will cover tobacco-related cancer screening and assessment\, access to c
 ancer care and survivorship and thrivership. Participants will focus on cr
 eating opportunities for mental wellbeing via collaborative cancer care an
 d shared decision-making.\n\nRegister for the upcoming office hour with 
 the ECHO faculty on Thursday\, April 4\, 1-2 p.m. ET to learn more about
  this opportunity!\n\nAfter this ECHO\, participants will be able to:\n\n 
 	Identify tobacco- and cancer-related disparities for individuals with men
 tal health and/or substance use disorders.\n 	Learn strategies to implemen
 t psychosocial considerations along the cancer care continuum.\n 	Explore 
 opportunities to improve health outcomes for individuals with co-occurring
